I take the privacy of personal data very seriously. beleefmuziek.nl will not sell and/or provide your personal data to third parties. I process personal data only for the purpose for which it is provided and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the Telecommunications Act.

What data do I collect?
When you fill in a contact form, you will be asked to fill in your data. I only process the data you provide to me yourself. This can be the following data:

• first and last name (in case of a company: the company name)
• email address
• phone number

For what purpose do I use your personal data?
Your first name, e-mail address and phone number that you enter on a general contact form or a contact form for a free introductory class will be used solely for the purpose of responding.

Personal data security
I have taken appropriate technical measures to secure personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption through an SSL certificate ensure a level of security appropriate to the data we process.

Cookies
My website does not use cookies.

Retention period
I do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. I keep the data in my accounting and CRM system for at least 7 years, partly to fulfill all my legal obligation. These data are deleted by me within 1 year after this obligation expires.

The above period applies, provided that there are further legal obligations for me to retain and/or keep the data available longer.

Rights
You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which I will no longer process your data. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of my data processing on the basis of your consent, which took place before this withdrawal.

You also have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know what personal data I process about you, you can submit a written access request.

Should your data be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request in writing that I amend or supplement your data. You also have a right to have your personal data deleted, a right to restrict processing and a right to object to processing. Furthermore, you have the right to transfer, or make your data transferable. You can make a written request for this as well.  I will process your request within 4 weeks. Changes
I reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect at the announced effective time.
